Terms & Conditions
  1. “Relief Pest Control” will be referred to as “RPC” in this document.
  2. While we strive for complete elimination, RPC cannot guarantee that pests will be permanently eradicated. If pests return during your active service period, we will promptly retreat the area at no additional charge. However, RPC is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage that may occur due to a pest re-infestation.
  3. RPC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to people (residents, guests) or property that occurs as a direct result of our pest control treatments.
  4. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive service-related communications from RPC via email, phone calls, or SMS messages.
  5. A customer or their representative must be present during the treatment. You may also need to move certain items to allow our technicians full access to the treatment areas.
  6. We accept payment by cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Please make cheques payable to “Relief Pest Control.” Any fees incurred from a bounced cheque are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in cash.
  7. RPC reserves the right to pause service if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days.
  8. This contract applies only to the specific premises listed and does not cover any other locations, extensions, or alterations made to the property.
  9. You are responsible for safely storing or covering valuable items such as silverware, antiques, electronics, and other fragile objects before we begin treatment.
  10. Services must be used as per the agreed schedule. While emergency rescheduling is available, all services must be completed within 30 days of the original date or within the contract period, after which they will be considered lapsed.
  11. Some treatments may have a strong odor that can linger for 2-3 days. We advise that children, the elderly, those with allergies or respiratory conditions, and pets vacate the premises during and after treatment.
  12. All applicable taxes (like GST) will be added to your invoice and are payable by the customer.
  13. All equipment and materials (like bait stations) placed on your property remain the sole property of RPC.
  14. If this contract is cancelled or expires, RPC will remove all its equipment from your premises.
  15. (General Pest Control): For cockroach and ant treatments, please do not wipe the applied gel spots or move/damage the traps, as this is crucial for their effectiveness.
  16. (Pest Seal Service): Please leave closets open and cover garments. Switch off fans and ACs, and close windows. The premises must be vacant for 3 hours post-treatment. Do not wash treated surfaces on the first day; only dry wipe. Cover fish tanks and switch off air pumps.
  17. (Rat Control): Please do not disturb or move the bait boxes or traps. Keep children and pets away from them. Any lost bait stations will be billed to the customer.
  18. (Termite Control): Please ensure good ventilation. Move all furniture and carpets at least 3 feet away from walls. You must inform our team of all concealed wiring and pipes. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any needed electricians, plumbers, or carpenters. A full-property treatment is required for a warranty to be issued.
  19. (Bed Bug Management): You will need to empty wardrobes, remove items from walls and beds, and loosen edges of carpets. Do not remove items from the room. RPC is not responsible for refitting items after treatment. Please ensure you follow the prescribed service schedule. A full-premise treatment is required for effectiveness.
  20. (Wood Borer Service): Please provide clear access to all affected areas and do not clean up the visible powder before treatment. A ladder may be required. Please note that severely damaged wood may need to be replaced.
