Visits

• Initial service requires one extensive visit, with possible follow-ups

• Duration – 2 to 6 hours, depending on property size and infestation level

Terms & Conditions

• For a warranty to be valid, the entire property structure must be treated.

• Customer must inform our team of all concealed plumbing and electrical wiring.

• We strongly recommend an annual inspection to maintain the protective barrier.

Safety Precautions

• Treated areas must be well-ventilated during and after service.

• The chemicals used are EPA-approved and safe for residents and pets once the solution has fully dried.
